Cereal mixed with formula. Croissant with butter. Grapes. Watermelon. Homemade carrot nectarine apple yogurt.
It’s basically milk mashed potatoes with veggies mashed in. I added carrots. Belgian variations include adding leek and/or broccoli. If I had sausage in the fridge, would’ve made it a full-fledged Belgian meal for baby!
Minimal sugar used. Substituted yogurt instead of half the vegetable oil. Lots of zucchini + carrots added.
I use this to make a breakfast yogurt pouch. I mix in some yogurt + some black rice
